Jonathan R. Zim is a partner at Eisinger Law, a full-service Florida law firm focusing on community association law, real estate law, developer representation, commercial litigation, and insurance law.
Jonathan, originally from Long Island, New York, focuses his practice on insurance litigation, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and community association law. He has represented clients in a diverse range of insurance-related litigation and commercial litigation cases, including, condominium, property damage, construction, automobile accidents, and real estate litigation matters.
Education:
Jonathan received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, with honors, and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. While in law school, he served as a Staff Editor for the Business Law Review and worked as a Civil Litigation Intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, gaining valuable experience with civil litigation and trials in federal court. In addition, while at Miami Law, Jonathan worked with the Children and Youth Law Clinic, representing children and young adults, and advocating for their rights while guiding them through the complexities of the Department of Children and Families and Guardianship systems.
Jonathan was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2016, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2017, and the New York State Bar in 2019.
