Samantha Iglesias, Esq. is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s community association division.
An experienced litigator, she is a member of The Florida Bar and its Trial Lawyers Section.
Prior to joining Eisinger Law, Iglesias was an Associate Attorney at a major South Florida law firm, where she defended a variety of matters, including first-party property, general liability, construction defect, and products liability cases. She conducted and defended depositions, wrote substantive motions, issued subrogation petitions, developed litigation strategy, argued motions (including Motions for Summary Judgment and Daubert Motions), and negotiated settlements.
At University of Miami School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, she also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication.
Active in the community, Iglesias volunteered with the Miami Marlins’ inner cities baseball program, where she participated as both a player and a coach.
