Alejandro I. Alonso II, Esq. is an Associate attorney in Eisinger Law’s Real Estate and Community Association practice department.
Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar, Mr. Alonso is also eligible for waiver by the District of Columbia Bar. He is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
With longtime experience in the oversight and counsel of community association Boards of Directors, Mr. Alonso is experienced in both Florida condominium and homeowners association law, as well as general civil litigation.
In his former position, he managed a high volume caseload that included all aspects of litigation, such as drafting and preparing motions, trial preparation and arguing civil bench trials.
Augmenting his practice is his substantial experience with contract law, particularly relating to real estate and community associations. Mr. Alonso is experienced in contract disputes, as well as drafting and revising contracts including settlement agreements, lease agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
In his practice, he has handled matters such as real estate foreclosures and landlord-tenant disputes, commercial and corporate transactions, corporate ownership and governance, and employment and labor law.
Mr. Alonso is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, Mr. Alonso was the recipient of the First Year Contracts Book Award there. He earned his Master’s degree in Public Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University.
