Jonathan R. Zim is a partner at Eisinger Law, a full-service Florida law firm focusing on community association law, real estate law, landlord/tenant law, developer representation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and insurance law.
Mr. Zim focuses his practice on community association law representing community associations, equity clubs, and homeowners with particular emphasis on corporate governance, homeowner disputes, transactional matters, and commercial and insurance litigation. With extensive experience in these areas, he skillfully guides clients through the intricacies of their day-to-day operations and legal challenges. Drawing from his background in corporate and insurance litigation, Mr. Zim offers invaluable counsel to clients, navigating both corporate affairs and litigation matters. His firsthand courtroom experience uniquely positions him to advise clients through the challenges presented in disputes prior to and throughout the litigation process, in reviewing vendor contracts, or addressing other complex issues. Mr. Zim received his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor of the Business Law Review. During his tenure, he gained valuable experience as an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he gained experience in civil litigation and trials in federal court. His commitment to public service is evidenced by his work with the Children and Youth Law Clinic at Miami Law, where he advocated for the rights of children and young adults within the Department of Children and Families and Guardianship systems.
Mr. Zim was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2016, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2017, and the New York State Bar in 2019.
