Joseph M. Pustizzi is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s community association division.
A member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in all state courts as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern District, Pustizzi’s practice focuses on condominium association law, homeowners’ association law, real estate disputes and civil litigation.
Mr. Pustizzi previously represented over 350 different Florida homeowners and condominium associations as general counsel, applying his deep knowledge of Florida association law and corporate governance. He frequently represented associations in disputes and negotiations between associations and property owners, as well as other various clients involved in civil lawsuits related to real estate matters.
Pustizzi has conducted civil litigation, mediation and arbitration before the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, as well as represented clients in both jury and non-jury trials, and appellate work.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Political Science from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law.
