Collection/Foreclosure Paralegal

Eisinger Law is seeking a Collection and Foreclosure Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing demand letters, preparing and recording Claims of Liens; handling the foreclosure process from its initial filing to the foreclosure sale; e-filing; scheduling hearings; drafting pleadings; reviewing Court dockets; etc.

This position requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Applicant must be a team player. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
