Sylvie Rampal, Esq.

Sylvie Rampal is an Associate with Eisinger Law. Ms. Rampal focuses her practice on the representation of community associations in litigation and other disputes.

Prior to joining Eisinger Law, Ms. Rampal served for nearly five years as senior associate general counsel to a publicly traded insurer, where she directed litigation strategy on a high-volume docket including personal appearances at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Additionally, as senior associate general counsel, Ms. Rampal oversaw a team of in-house attorneys and staff handling third-party assignment-of-benefits (AOB) matters. Prior to her experience as in-house counsel, Ms. Rampal handled complex commercial litigation at Conrad & Scherer LLP, where she developed broad experience in high-stakes matters involving financial services, government relations, land use, construction disputes, insurance, employment, securities, and information governance and data privacy.

Beyond her practice, Ms. Rampal is an active contributor to the South Florida legal community, with a particular focus on mentorship and the advancement of women in the profession. She has served on the Trial Workshop Committee of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL) and on the Planning and Programming Committee for the MDFAWL–Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association Leadership Academy. Ms. Rampal has also been recognized as a rising leader in the legal profession and has received multiple honors, including the 2025 Woman to Watch Impact Award by the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She was also named, in 2021, as a “Top Lawyer” in Government Relations, a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star, and one of the Faces of Fort Lauderdale in High-Stakes Litigation.

Ms. Rampal is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York and holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida.
