Eisinger Law announced that Jacob H. Fierman has joined the firm as an Associate in its Real Estate and Community Association divisions.
Fierman assists real estate clients with a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting purchase and sale agreements. He also drafts and negotiates management, service and other commercial contracts. In addition, Fierman handles the preparation and analysis of association governing documents and advises clients with general needs regarding community issues and corporate matters.
In his prior roles, he assisted with commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, requests for production, client letters and memoranda. He also has experience in construction law, employment law, and land use and comprehensive planning.
Fierman formerly served as a judicial intern at Miami-Dade County’s Third District Court of Appeal, where he prepared draft opinions and legal memoranda.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Fierman also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising.
He is a resident of Miami.
