Jacob H. Fierman is an associate attorney at Eisinger Law, a full-service Florida law firm focusing on community association law, real estate law, developer representation, commercial litigation, and insurance law.
Fierman focuses his law practice on real estate transactions, community association law, and developer representation. He assists clients with a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting purchase and sale agreements. He also drafts and negotiates management, service and other commercial contracts. In addition, he handles the preparation and analysis of association governing documents and advises clients with general needs regarding community issues and corporate matters.
Fierman formerly served as a judicial intern at Miami-Dade County’s Third District Court of Appeal, where he prepared draft opinions and legal memoranda.
