Sheir focuses her law practice on community association law, real estate law, commercial litigation, and developer representation.

With an original concentration in international law, Sheir earned dual law degrees, receiving her juris doctorate and graduating summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and the Universidad de Barcelona, Facultat de Dret in Barcelona, Spain. Sheir was a member of the Nova Law Review. She received her bachelor of science in business administration, graduating summa cum laude from the University of South Florida. She is certified by the Florida DPBR to teach Condominium and Homeowner Association Board Certification classes, in both English and Spanish, and has been published in the Daily Business Review on multiple occasions.
