Eisinger Law is seeking an associate attorney with at least 5 years of experience involving Real Estate and Community Association Law, focusing on transactional and developer representation
- The ideal applicant must have a working knowledge of Florida’s Condominium Act and HOA Act, and be able to prepare opinion letters, contracts, notices, resolutions, Developer filings, advise developers on compliance, and support real estate closings and governance matters
- This position requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
