J’djouna Pierre

J’djouna Pierre is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Community Association Division.

J’djouna has a strong background in litigation and community association law who concentrates her practice on representing condominium and homeowner associations in all aspects of governance, statutory compliance, and dispute resolution. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Florida.

Most recently, J’djouna practiced at a Miami-Dade condominium and community association law firm, where she handled a wide range of association-related litigation and disputes, including breach of contract, construction defect and property damage claims, and covenant enforcement actions. Her experience in both litigation and transactional matters gives her a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing community associations.

Before entering private practice, J’djouna served as an Assistant Public Defender with the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she represented clients in a high-volume caseload and gained significant courtroom and trial experience. This background sharpened her advocacy skills and prepared her to handle complex legal disputes with confidence and precision.

J’djouna’s combined litigation and condominium law experience enables her to guide boards of directors with a solutions-oriented, practical approach. She is committed to helping associations fulfill their legal obligations, protect their interests, and promote effective governance for the benefit of their communities.
