Elizabeth Sanchez

Elizabeth Sanchez is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as related business and corporate matters. She represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in a wide range of transactions, guiding clients from contract negotiation through closing with precision and efficiency.

Elizabeth manages all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases, conducting title examinations, addressing lien and encumbrance issues, and resolving matters affecting the marketability of title. As part of the firm’s community association practice, she assists with real estate and title issues impacting condominium and homeowners’ associations.

In addition to her real estate practice, Elizabeth has experience with entity formation, corporate governance, and contract drafting. She has advised startups, small businesses, and real estate investors on legal considerations and liability mitigation.

Prior to law school, Elizabeth worked in the real estate industry as a licensed real estate agent, providing her with practical insight into the operational and business aspects of property transactions.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she also obtained a Certificate in Business Law. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from Florida State University.

Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Business Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections.
