Eisinger Law Welcomes Jeannie A. Liebegott, Esq.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – (August 4, 2025) Jeannie A. Liebegott, Esq., a seasoned trial attorney with more than two decades of legal experience, has been named non-equity Partner and Head of the Litigation Department at Eisinger Law, a multi-practice Florida law firm focused on community association, real estate, and insurance litigation.

Liebegott brings to the role deep experience in commercial and residential real estate litigation, corporate and business law, land use and zoning, construction, and environmental law. She also serves as a trusted advisor to condominium and homeowner associations, property managers, and individual board members across the state.

Before joining Eisinger Law, Liebegott was a Shareholder at a national insurance defense firm, where she spent over 15 years representing insureds in high-stakes litigation involving Directors and Officers (D&O), Errors and Omissions (E&O), casualty, and broker-dealer liability. Her extensive background gives her a unique perspective on insurance disputes, particularly those affecting community associations.

“Jeannie is a tremendous asset to our team. Her litigation skills and in-depth of knowledge across multiple areas of real estate and insurance law make her the ideal leader for our growing litigation department,” said Dennis J. Eisinger, founder and managing partner of Eisinger Law. “She brings not only experience, but a strategic mindset that benefits our clients immensely.”

Earlier in her career, Liebegott represented institutional lenders and prominent real estate developers in complex commercial transactions throughout Florida. Her work included drafting development agreements, securing regulatory approvals, and advising on financing structures, an experience that continues to inform her pragmatic and business-savvy legal approach.

Among her notable successes, Liebegott secured a significant summary judgment victory on behalf of a large property owners association in Fort Myers, Florida. Her successful appellate argument before the Second District Court of Appeal established important precedent regarding the statute of limitations for challenges to Articles of Incorporation for Florida community associations.

Liebegott earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami in 2004 and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University in 2001. She is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

She is an active member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
