Litigation Associate

Overview

Eisinger Law is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support our experienced litigation team in the handling of matters from inception through resolution. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys the day-to-day practice of litigation, including discovery, legal research, motion drafting, and case management, while working closely with senior litigators on case strategy and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
• Manage all phases of written discovery, including drafting, responding to, and reviewing discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Review and analyze records, documents, and evidence.
• Assist with deposition preparation, witness preparation, and trial preparation.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed.
• Maintain case deadlines and ensure matters progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, and case management.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced litigators.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
