2024 Legislative Update: Changes to Statutes Governing Condominium Associations

Eisinger Law is pleased to provide you with a summary of the most recent and relevant changes effectuated by the Florida Legislature, (the “Legislature”), and the Governor of the State of Florida, to Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, (the “Condominium Act”), and other Florida Statutes which affect condominiums.  Please keep in mind that the effective date of each such legislative change is July 1, 2024, unless otherwise specifically noted.
 

Please note that the attached document only contains simply summaries of some of the more salient changes in the law that may affect your Association and its members, and do not necessarily include all changes in the law pertaining to condominium associations.  Of course, we will continue to keep you apprised as to any new legislative adopted in the future which may impact on the Association and its members.
