HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – (October 15, 2020) – Jed Frankel, a shareholder at Eisinger Law, has been reappointed to the Town of Bay Harbor Islands Planning and Zoning Board to serve an additional two-year term.
While serving on the town’s Planning and Zoning Board, Frankel’s responsibilities will include participating in the review and approval of proposed new construction, exterior renovations, additions and plan revisions. He and his fellow board members are charged with ensuring that plans for all proposed structures or projects are in conformity with good taste, quality design and in general, and contribute to the image of the Town of Bar Harbor Islands as a place of beauty, spaciousness and harmony.
Frankel is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator and is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law as well as Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar. He focuses his practice on community association law and dispute resolution.
