Peter Focks is a partner at Eisinger Law and manages the law firm’s Gainesville office.

Previously, Focks was a partner at McCarty, Naim, Focks & Keeter, PLLC, an established Gainesville-based firm which merged its practice into Eisinger Brown’s in early 2019.

Focks primarily focuses his legal practice on real property law, including community association and landlord-tenant matters, estate planning and probate and trust administration, and litigation.

His legal career includes serving as an associate attorney at Brashear & Associates, PL in Gainesville and interning with Brett and Reynolds, P.A. in Ocala.

In 2009, Focks was admitted to The Florida Bar and became a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, he is eligible to practice before all state courts in Florida.

He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2004, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Winston P. Nagan, and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2001.

He and his wife live in Gainesville with their young daughters.
