When necessary, the Firm's attorneys become actively involved in various aspects of the eviction process, seeking relief from the Court on an emergency basis, expediting post-judgment file processing by the local Sheriff's Office, and even arranging for the physical removal of former tenants pursuant to Florida law.

We will evict a defaulting tenant and regain possession of the property for a landlord, and will pursue all amounts due for unpaid rent or property damage.
