Landlord Tenant

Landlord Tenant

The Firm's lawyers have a broad range of experience in handling landlord-tenant cases in both County and Circuit Court. We have litigated complex issues involving the statutory landlord's lien for unpaid rent, obtained pre-judgment distress writs securing a landlord's claim to personal property, counseled clients regarding the disposition of abandoned property, and obtained stay relief in the event of a tenant bankruptcy. When necessary, the Firm's attorneys become actively involved in various aspects of the eviction process, seeking relief from the Court on an emergency basis, expediting post-judgment file processing by the local Sheriff's Office, and even arranging for the physical removal of former tenants pursuant to Florida law.

At Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet, P.A., we take protecting landlord’s and tenant’s rights very seriously. We will evict a defaulting tenant and regain possession of the property for a landlord, and will pursue all amounts due for unpaid rent or property damage. We will also protect a tenant from wrongful acts of a landlord. We will do this as quickly and efficiently as the law allows.
