We have years of combined experience in litigation and coverage matters, which includes the representation of insureds, insurance companies, professionals, insurance brokers, underwriters and self-insureds in both the first and third party contexts.  We represent insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation and provide opinions and advice involving insurance coverage and litigation in lines including general liability, professional liability, homeowners, accident, property, commercial lines, motor truck cargo and multi-peril business policies.

We represent insurers in claims arising under first party property policies, including concurrent causation issues, as well as losses due to mold, fire, theft and fraud.  The firm has substantial experience in the handling of general liability claims, physical damage claims, homeowners’ association claims and all areas of business and real estate litigation.

Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet, P.A. represents insurers in the investigation of first party claims, and in litigation arising from first party and third party coverage disputes. We have been involved in litigation dealing with first party policy interpretation, claims handling practice and procedures, bad faith and extra-contractual exposure, arson, misrepresentation and fraud.

We provide coverage counsel for many insurers, on both first party and third party coverage matters. We also consulted with insurance carriers regarding the development and drafting of insurance policy provisions and endorsements, and represented those carriers before state departments of insurance. We have been retained by various carriers to represent them in the cases involving public adjusters and the appraisal process, as well as the investigation of insurance fraud.

We have trial and litigation experience in first and third party matters, both in state courts as well as the Federal Court system.
