Michele A. Crosa
, a partner at Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet, P.A.,
is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer specializing in the representation of condominiums, community associations, hotels and other commercial entities. Ms. Crosa received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree in Philosophy from Florida International University. After graduating from FIU, Ms. Crosa earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College Of Law. While in law school, Ms. Crosa completed an internship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Colorado, was a student attorney with the University of Denver Tax Law Clinic, and also an officer of the Law School’s Moot Court Board. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Ms. Crosa’s practice, which primarily maintains a condominium and community association focus, includes representation of clients in state and federal court with regard to matters involving real estate, commercial litigation, construction, bankruptcy, premises liability and representation of insureds in general liability and property damage matters. In addition, Ms. Crosa devotes a small percentage of her practice to real estate and/or commercial transactional matters as well.
Ms. Crosa has completed the Florida Bar Advanced Trial Advocacy Program and is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, the National Association of Professional Women, the Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court and serves on the board of directors for the Gay & Lesbian Lawyers Network.
